We decided not to have breakfast. At US$30 the breakfast is unreasonably expensive considering that we were already paying guests. You can buy a decent breakfast nearby for a third of that price.

Holiday Inn Mutare has improved significantly since my last stay in 2019. The staff are very friendly and willing to go an extra mile to serve their clients. The bathrooms are super clean and they have added luxurious toiletries. Glad to see that the restaurant was refurbished, giving it a good look; and now they have a variety of food. Was impressed

Bed was extremely comfortable and the room exceptionally clean. Staff were very helpful even though we arrived at almost midnight. Breakfast was good and the waiting staff were fantastic.

The Service from most of the staff was excellent. A young cheerful lady by the name Confidence was exceptionally great. She is a keeper. Enjoyed the traditional hotpot meals..
